Welcome to SiteWise ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website building and hosting platform. By accessing or using SiteWise, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
SiteWise is available in two deployment options: as a cloud-hosted service and as a self-hosted solution. Different terms may apply based on your chosen deployment method.
SiteWise's core software is licensed under the MIT License, which grants you significant freedoms to use, modify, and distribute the software. The full MIT License terms are available in our source code repository.

To use our cloud service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing schedule displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify our pricing, payment terms, and plan features at any time with appropriate notice as outlined in Section 11. Current subscribers will be notified of changes that affect their existing subscriptions.

Your use of the self-hosted solution is governed by the MIT License. You must include the original copyright notice and license terms in any copies or substantial portions of the software.
In accordance with the MIT License, the self-hosted software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You assume all risks associated with its use.
While the software is freely available, professional support, consulting, and premium features may be offered under separate commercial agreements.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SiteWise, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
Either party may terminate the cloud service agreement with appropriate notice. Upon termination, you may export your data, and we will delete your data according to our data retention policy.
Your right to use the self-hosted software under the MIT License continues indefinitely, subject to license compliance. These Terms of Service may be terminated, but your software license remains valid.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India, except where the MIT License provides specific terms for the self-hosted software.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes as follows:
Your continued use of our services after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may terminate your account before the changes take effect.
Self-hosted software users are encouraged to check for updates to these Terms periodically, as changes may affect support services and commercial offerings.
